
Get ready to get SWEATY during the 6-Week Summer Sweat Series! This workout guide can be done completely AT-HOME, and consists of three strength training days per week.
You will need (at least) one set of dumbbells, but having a yoga mat, resistance band, and/or kettlebell will be great additions for the workouts. Other than that, bring your ENERGY, water bottle, and sweat rag and get ready to feel GOOD (and sweaty, of course)!
